Ever since the brand launched, the main focus was on marketing tactical messages designed to convert people down the funnel. This was by design, as it was done to grow the company as fast as possible through performance marketing.
Downplaying the role of doctors at Zenyum helped convert early adopters, but that lack of awareness that Zenyum is a Preventist brand means the mass audience still does not know who we really are and what we actually do.
